Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of House Of Dog. This site is provided by KC Louis Woodrow Inc. doing business as (d/b/a) House Of Dog (referred to throughout this Site as “HOD”) as a service to our customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of the Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of this Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Policies. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Policies. HOD reserves the right to update or modify these Policies at any time without prior notice to you. HOD reserves the right to change these Policies at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. Each time you use this site, you should review these Policies, as updates may have occurred.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it back to us for exchange credit only. We allow exchanges for new and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Used or damaged items will not be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all items missing tags or not in their original packaging Exchanges may be made only after the customer receives a RA# (return authorization) from the customer service department. Exchanges attempted without a RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Contact us at returns@houseofdog.com.

We do NOT issue credit for shipping and handling charges. Customer is solely responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges associated with returns.

We do NOT accept exchanges or returns on discounted items.

Factory defective items will be replaced or applied as a credit within 60 days, once inspected and declared as defective by HOD. We do not issue credit for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 7 days from date of delivery, has been used, or is not in its original new condition or packaging.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return. For your protection, we suggest that you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by U.S. Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We do not accept returns COD or �collect on delivery.� We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.

SIZING YOUR PET

Be sure to properly measure of your dog before you order. We suggest you measure your pet carefully and purchase items based on your pet�s measurements rather then their size. Apparel is measured using the dogs weight and chest width. If your dog falls between sizes, use the next size up based on the chest width. Collars are measured in inches. SALES TAX

California residents must pay 8.75% sales tax.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on destination. We usually ship orders within 48 hours. If you have not received your order within 14 days contact us at info@houseofdog.com. International shipments may have longer delivery times.

PRICING

All prices are in US dollars. Online prices, offers and selection may vary, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales.

PASSWORDS

Each password is uniquely created for your business. HOD will constantly monitor the activity associated with your password. No third party is allowed to use your password.

By using this Site, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and account, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you access this Site on a public computer or use a computer to which multiple people may have access, follow all relevant instructions to sufficiently disconnect and log off of this Site and the computer system you are using to prevent unauthorized access to your account. HOD, at its sole discretion, has the right to remove your password without notice.

PRODUCT IMAGES

Any and all images used to sell HOD products will be supplied directly by HOD upon written approval. No other pictures may be used at any time unless written permission is granted by HOD. All images must list items as House Of Dog brand products. To obtain written permission and a disk of images email info@houseofdog.com.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HOD reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by the individual country at the time of delivery. HOD cannot estimate your country�s customs charges. When ordering from outside the United States, be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct. HOD cannot be responsible for loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED, OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt to make contact with the customer by phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges, including any incurred duty, and a 30% restocking fee.

Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge. HOD cannot be responsible for loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

ON-LINE AUCTIONS

You may not sell any items on EBAY or other on-line auction websites.

PRODUCT DISPLAY AND COLOR

This Site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. Note that the display of color may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Colors and textures may vary slightly from lot to lot on some styles, and HOD periodically discontinues certain styles and colors. HOD reserves the right to substitute discontinued warranted products with the nearest color and/or style of product that is of equivalent or greater value.

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

As a way of helping minimize waste, we recycle shipping boxes whenever possible. We will always insure that your products are shipped with proper care. We ask that you overlook the appearance of the shipping box; after all, the true beauty is inside. HOD cannot be responsible for loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

In honor of the environment and modern technology, we do not print catalogs. You may view our products online and if needed you may download and print a catalog in part or in full.
